"Embrace the Enchanting Causeway Coast with Galgorm Melts!"

I am thrilled to share with you the magic of Northern Ireland's Causeway Coast - a place of awe-inspiring beauty where majestic landscapes, ancient castles, and world heritage sites come together to create an extraordinary experience. At Galgorm Melts, we have poured our passion for this remarkable region into our latest creation, "The Causeway Coast".

I have been extremely passionate about ensuring this fragrance was a true reflection of my own memories of our Coastline. I actually took my first steps at the Giants Causeway, and we have had many family holidays in Bushmills, Portballintrae and Portrush. When warmed, I want you to indulge in the invigorating mineral essence of Northern Ireland's sea salty coastal air, harmoniously mingled with the earthy aroma of seashells and driftwood.

The Causeway Coast Soy Botanical Wax Melt Snap Bar Featuring Carnlough Dulse (Seaweed) and Juniper Berries, this scent embodies the beauty of The Causeway Coast - a region renowned for its stunning landscapes, castles, and world heritage sites. Capturing the invigorating mineral essence of Northern Ireland Coastline's salty sea air, this scent is mingled with the earthy aroma of seashells, driftwood and the fresh scent of washed-up seaweed. It's a refreshing and revitalising blend that pays tribute to the natural wonders found along 'The Causeway Coast'.

However, that's not all. I constantly aim to enhance my fragrances with homegrown botanicals and herbs, although, in this particular case, I had to venture a little bit farther than my garden, but just 20 miles away to the picturesque harbour village of Carnlough. This is where I was inspired to use rock-dried Carnlough Dulse (Seaweed), which provides an unmistakable fresh scent of the sea. I have paired this with the lively essence of crushed Juniper Berries, elevating this fragrance to new heights.

My hope is that this fragrance transports you back to your memories of being a child visiting the Causeway Coast, or perhaps as a visitor to Northern Ireland you can remind yourself of our rugged coastlines, where crashing waves ebb and flow over the rocks and a sense of tranquillity envelopes your soul. The Causeway Coast fragrance from Galgorm Melts captures the essence of this extraordinary place, bringing a slice of its magic into your home.

As a little bit of a guide, I would love to recommend these fabulous Causeway Coast attractions:

The Giants Causeway Walk on the basalt stones and learn all about the giant, Finn McCool.

Dunluce Castle - Dating to the mid 1600's learn about the kitchen that fell into the sea!

Bushmills Distillery Visit the home of the famous whiskey and take a tour.

The famous Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge was first erected by salmon fishermen in 1755. Suspended almost 100ft above the Atlantic Ocean, the exhilarating crossing covers a chasm connecting to the rocky island of Carrick-a-Rede. The name, from the Gaelic 'Carraig-a-Rade', means ‘The Rock in the Road’, an obstacle for the migrating salmon as they search for the river in which they were born. Follow in the footsteps of the vanishing fishermen by uncovering the history of Carrick-a-Rede.
