Bookings are confirmed with full payment and your invoice confirmation is your ticket.

Is the Workshop accessible?
Workshop venues chosen by Galgorm Melts will always be accessible, as all wax melt creators are welcome to our workshops. Please contact galgormmelts@gmail.com to ensure we know of anything we can do to make your experience perfect x

How many people will be at this workshop?
Your workshop will have a total of 10 people - only those booked can attend.

What if I am late?
You can join in up to 15 minutes into the session, however, it is advised to arrive 15 minutes before the start time to ensure other workshop attendees are not disturbed.

I am Pregnant/I have a medical condition!
If you are pregnant or have any medical condition, it is your responsibility to check with your GP about the safety of using essential oils and fragrance oils. Gloves are available to wear and we will always be in a open area.

Are Galgorm Melts essential/fragrance oils and 100% soy wax vegan friendly?
All Galgorm Melts products are safe for vegans and cruelty free.

Do you provide Transfers or Workshop Refunds?
Leisure activities that are due to take place on a specified date are excluded from your cancellation rights. Therefore, no refunds can be given. I am a small business and have expenses to pay in terms of venue, equipment, insurance and materials, whether you attend or not.  If you are unable to attend the workshop we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking. No change is guaranteed. Email no later than 7 days from your booked date via email galgormmelts@gmail.com.
