Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made for Galgorm Melts Wax Melt Making Workshops.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms, which comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK & Northern Ireland).
1. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Select FREE COLLECTION at checkout to avoid unnecessary postage payment.

Your invoice confirmation acts as your ticket. No physical ticket will be posted.

Only those who have booked and paid in full may attend.
-
Maximum 15 attendees per workshop.
2. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable after 48 hours from the time of purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, fixed-date leisure activities are exempt from statutory refunds.

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Please email their name 24+ hours before the workshop.

'No shows' will not be refunded
-
Due to the nature of workshops, refunds are not available which complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK & Northern Ireland).
3. Workshop Arrival & Format

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow for setup and to avoid disruption.

If you are late, you may only join during the second wax melt activity. No refunds are provided for late arrivals.

You must be aged 18 or older to attend.
4. Accessibility

Galgorm Melts will ensure workshop venues are accessible.

5. Allergens & Medical Disclosure

Refreshments may contain allergens including milk, nuts, and gluten. Please bring your own snack if needed.

Galgorm Melts uses essential oils, fragrance oils, and soy wax. Safety data sheets are available upon request.

If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, consult your GP before attending.

Gloves and aprons will be provided, and the venue will be well-ventilated. Galgorm Melts cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Conduct, Health & Safety

You will be shown the fire exits at the start of the session.

All participants must follow the instructor’s health and safety instructions.

Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited. Any participant deemed under the influence will be removed without refund.

Workshop tools may include glassware, hot wax (70°C), metal jugs, droppers, and other sharp instruments. Caution is essential.
7. Photo/Video Consent (Optional)
You may be asked for consent to appear in promotional photos or videos. This is optional, and you will be asked to confirm your preference on the day.

2. Medical & Allergen Responsibility

I understand the workshop uses fragrance oils, essential oils, soy wax, and glassware.

I understand wax is heated to approx. 70°C, and I will exercise caution.

I confirm that if I am pregnant or have a medical condition, I have consulted my GP regarding my participation.

I accept responsibility for any medical reaction or condition that may arise during or after the workshop.
3. Allergens & Venue

I am aware that refreshments may contain common allergens including nuts, gluten, and milk.

I accept that Galgorm Melts cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

I understand allergen and safety info for workshop materials is available upon request.
4. Release of Liability

I waive and release Galgorm Melts from liability for injury, allergic reaction, illness, damage, or loss resulting from workshop participation.

I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and wellbeing.
5. Conduct & Safety

I agree to follow all instructions from the workshop instructor.

I understand the use of hot wax, glassware, and sharp tools and will handle them responsibly.

I understand that any participant under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be removed without refund.

I will locate and take note of fire exits and health/safety instructions.
6. Photo/Video Consent (Optional)
